This is the official iOS app for Ruvna Accountability, designed exclusively for school administrators and teachers. Please note that this app is not accessible to parents or students; it is reserved for use by schools that are subscribers to Ruvna.

Ruvna streamlines the traditional paper-based tracking methods for students during emergencies and drills, transitioning these processes into an efficient online platform. This solution empowers schools to act promptly in ensuring the safety of their students, facilitating immediate identification of individuals requiring assistance during emergencies, rather than reacting post-event.

During emergencies, teachers are provided with a list of students expected to be in their class at the given time. Teachers can effortlessly mark the students present using a simple touch interface, without taking any action on those students who are absent. If a student is accounted for by another staff member, they can manually indicate this, notifying both the student's assigned teacher and the administration of their safety status.

As teachers mark the students under their care, Ruvna generates a roster of unclaimed students in real-time. This data, alongside additional relevant information, is instantly viewable by administrators and law enforcement personnel through our user-friendly dashboard.
